The Town of Carroll public payment window at the Town hall is open for in-person transactions. We are still strongly encouraging that payments be mailed, made online or delivered to the Town's drop box located to the left of the Town Hall entrance door. All receipts will be return mailed to you promptly. Any questions or emergency needs, please call the town hall at 716-569-5365.
